The snowy sheath-bill lives in the arctic Scotia arc,south Orkney, and Georgia.It is pure white except for its pink

face.It is about 15-16 in long and 30-35 in long.

It finds most of its food on land. It i an omnivore a scavenger and a kleptoparasite. The estimated world  population of snowy sheath-bills is 200,000 sheath-bills. The snowy sheath-bill is also caled the the pale fase. They are land based bird.
